I am posting this for dongdong at Adventures of Prime (W) and J to help them get some fun cleaning done. :) We could really use some help ourselves..
I still remember watching this video on MTV for the first time when I was 14! Wow, has it really been that long ago?? My favorite part is when he says, "You think you can front when Revelation comes?" then in the background, "Yeah, you can't front on that." And then they show images of all kinds of natural disasters, as if the world is coming to an end. I've decided that must be why "A" loves the Beastie Boys so much. He is fascinated with Revelations and the end of times and this video touches on that subject a bit. Speaking of my little man.. he was in his first school play last night! I'm going to try to figure out later how to put a short video clip on here so you can watch part of it. :)
Oh, and I noticed that my friend Alana at Finding the way home made a Beastie Boys reference recently, so hopefully she will appreciate this as well.

ReplyDeleteI'll have to ask if that is indeed where my hubby picks up his Whatcha ya want from. he-he. Okay,I have never heard that before. We do it very different. Maybe I will record J sometimes, but thanks for showing me the Beastie boys. Prime really likes it. :)

ReplyDeleteI have some music video critics at my house. My kids watches this video over and over. And both says, I really like the music... yeah, this is the funny part... I don't like this part... oh, I really like this guy but not the other guy, etc, etc...:)
