Corner View- Wknd 7:45

Hello sweet bloggy fiends of mine. :) We had quite a busy bee of a weekend! My mom came to stay for a couple of nights, we had a million errands to run in the city, plus I have been in the process of continuing to unpack and am also starting to get our homeschooling classroom ready. In between the craziness though I did manage to capture a few pics!

This week's Corner View was a bit different.. we were supposed to record what we were doing at 7:45 Fri, Sat, and Sun evenings this weekend, so here we go! (Oh, and I have a tendency to post too many photos, so I'm really trying to capture the exact time by only showing one shot of each evening this time.)

Friday evening at 7:45 we were out taking a family stroll in our new neighborhood. I took a few photos of some beautiful homes along the way. This one was my favorite.. I absolutely have to find out who lives there and become friends with them. Ha!



Saturday at 7:45 we were making shadow puppets on the walls in the boys' bedroom.. one of our favorite bedtime activities!



Sunday evening my mom took the boys to a baseball game so J and I went to Trader Joe's to stock up on pantry items. I actually remembered to take my camera with me to the store, but forgot to snap a pic.. so here's an after shot. :)



I look forward to seeing and hearing about what everyone else was up to at the same time each night! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

    I am very curious about the home schooling. It's very uncommon in Sweden and I guess you would get much opposition here. I know about the shaadow puppets. We see them every night here :-)

    what a nice entry of yours. Reading it at close to five in the morning made me smile. Having a small son on my own (23 months) would like to try playing the 'shadow game' as well.

    what a neat old house your right I would want to know who lives there too, maybe they have some kids for yours to buddy up with:-)

    I miss summertime shadow puppets! Here in Alaska our skies are still filled with dappling twilight at midnight....wish we lived close enough so I could borrow a cup of sugar (or in your instance, a stick of agave?)
