Well folks, you caught me just in time! This week's corner view is "Food Staples" and with only two days left until we move, I am planning to pack the pantry food up tomorrow. A few of my must have pantry staples are Olive oil, sea salt, and agave nectar. Also, beans, lentils, pasta, oatmeal, Kashi cereal, almond milk, and Lara bars. And although not pantry staples.. we are always well stocked up on plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.. especially apples and bananas.

I am so excited about the walk-in pantry at our new house! I have been wanting to start buying in bulk, but haven't had the space to store everything until now! The cute little stairs and door at the far end of the pantry is a fire escape that leads from the boys bdrm closet. How cool is that?

Hope you all have a wonderful Wednesday!
After reading Daan's corner view I realized that I left out one of my most important food staples.. peanut butter! I eat it every single day. :) I buy the most natural kind you can find. Ingredients: Peanuts
ReplyDeleteHa, Yes Peunutbutter it is!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful new house and a great little 'house' for your staplefood!
Have a good move-over (or how do you say that in english)
Wow Erin, what a dream house you are moving into. It's beautiful! So deserving.
ReplyDeleteLisa ;)
I'm so excited about your new place! It looks amazing inside! Best wishes with your move!
ReplyDeleteYahoo... you will be having fun filling your new shelves up with great staple food. The little door is cute and safe. Enjoy! xoxox
ReplyDeleteYour new house looks so pretty. I think "messing" with the piano is a great step. It wasn't until J started experimenting with the piano and making up her own songs did she want to learn to read the notes.
ReplyDeleteis it weird to be jealous over a walk in pantry?... besos-jane
ReplyDeleteI'm with Jane.. I want a walk in pantry, and while we're at it.. a walk in closet. I loved your post. It's always fun getting two posts for the price of one.. what am I even talking about? :)
ReplyDeleteHa, Jane & Caitlin.. you are so cute and silly. :)
ReplyDeleteI just realized that you can't actually see the fire escape door in this photo. It's on the ceiling above the ladder. The door you see is just more storage space.
I love your new pantry!
ReplyDeleteThat fire escape is like having a house with secret passages. How cool!
you will keep the piano?

Oh, nice big pantry! That will be sweet!
ReplyDeleteoh, a secret passage! your kids must be in heaven. they can sneak downstairs for a midnight snack.
ReplyDeleteIf that's your pantry, I can just imagine how much more storage space you'll get in your new house! I bet you can't wait to move in!
